I am an accomplished architect with 10 years technical experience and 15 years of experience as registered architect, with confidence in all aspects of the architectural and construction process.

I have lead design and technical teams, managed contracts & on site projects as well as architectural property broking, negotiating sales & contracts with clients and initiating new development projects.

I am a hardworking goal achiever, committed & driven with excellent understanding of Architectural Design and project management. With effective administrative abilities and excellent interpersonal skills, I am an excellent negotiator of new contracts with honed skills in AutoCAD and liaising with clients.

I am an  Inspired designer and self-motivated producer of working drawings including site supervision, contract administration & management, processing rezoning of vacant land for development from SDP’s with EIA’s to provincial and heritage approvals.

I am a successful marketer with visual materials that include model building, 3D presentations, fly-by movies and printed media. I have significant exposure on International and local level, with experience in commercial, industrial, residential projects etc.
